How do I apply for a Swift Fast Easy Loan?

Our application process is 100% online through our sister company Oz Cash Loans. As long as you know your internet banking login details, and have a current Australian driver's licence or proof of age card, that will get you underway.

We’ll also need to know information about the purpose for the loan funds, your pay, expenses etc.

If you loan is approved, we’ll transfer you the money in less than 60 minutes (during AEST banking hours).

How much am I able to borrow?

Our loans are for $200 to $4,500.

We are a responsible lender so we’ll look at the other information you provide to make sure that the loan suits your requirements and you can comfortably make all of your loan repayments.

The good thing is that the process is so fast and easy you will quickly know where you stand and there is no obligation for just applying and if we can't help you with a loan directly, we'll try to find another small amount lender who is willing to take a further look into your loan application.

Do I qualify for a Swift Loan?

To be eligible for a Swift Loan you need to be at least 18 years old, an Australian resident and receiving a regular form of income. 

We are a responsible lender so we’ll look at the other information you provide to make sure that the loan suits your requirements and you can comfortably make all of your loan repayments.

What are the fees and costs?

Our fees and costs are simple and transparent. There are no hidden costs.

How do I make repayments on my loan?

It’s really fast and easy! At the same time as approving the loan, we’ll organise a direct debit to automatically make the repayments from your internet banking account on the repayment dates, which will be aligned to your pay cycle.

I've repaid my loan in full. Can I apply for another loan?

Congratulations! That means you're now a VIP member. Use the Member Login area here to access your private member details and apply for another Fast and Easy Loan.

As we’ve worked well together in the past, the new process will be even swifter and, if approved, we'll pay your money even faster.

When can I apply?

Our office hours are AEST Mon-Fri 10am-5pm.  Sat & Sun.11am-2pm.

Please note we always aim to transfer the loan funds from our bank account within 60 minutes of receipt of signed contract, if during AEST standard bank hours. The processing of and subsequent deposit into your account will always be subject to your financial institution, which is outside of our control.

What if my bank is not listed on the banking login page?

As our application process is 100% online, we can only accept applications via our website, and we do not accept bank statements or ID via fax or email.
 
Our bank statement provider is regularly adding new banks to their service, and if yours is not currently listed, hopefully, it will be added soon. 

When are my repayments made?

Before you confirm the loan we’ll make sure you review and are happy with your repayment schedule.

Repayments will be timed to coincide with your pay cycle and will be automatically deducted by direct debit to take the hassle out of things.

We’ll send you an email the day before just to remind you that you’re making a repayment tomorrow…you don’t need to do anything.

If I am approved, what happens next?

We aim to transfer the loan funds from our bank account within 60 minutes of receipt of signed contract, if during AEST standard bank hours. The processing of and subsequent deposit into your account will always be subject to your financial institution, which is outside of our control.

The process is even faster if you need a loan again some time in the future; because once you have repaid a loan you automatically become a VIP member!

How do I get my money and how long does it take?

We aim to transfer the loan funds from our bank account within 60 minutes of receipt of signed contract, if during AEST standard bank hours. The processing of and subsequent deposit into your account will always be subject to your financial institution, which is outside of our control.

Do you provide weekend loans?

You can apply 247 for weekend cash loans. On weekends our hours are restricted, however, we do assess loans on weekends. Please note that, as per the faq above, whilst we aim to transfer the loan funds from our bank account within 60 minutes of receipt of signed contract, if during AEST standard bank hours, the processing of, and subsequent deposit into your account, will always be subject to your financial institution, which is outside of our control. For loans approved on weekends, this means that you may not receive your loan funds as your bank may not process the transfer until the following business day, usually Monday.

Will Swift check my credit history?

In some instances, we will undertake a credit check as part of our usual loan approval process.

We always try to think differently so just because you have a default doesn’t mean that you won’t qualify.

Sometimes it will be possible to get a quick, short term loan for bad credit. Apply to find out! Even if we can't help you with a loan directly, we'll try to find another small amount lender who is willing to take a further look into your loan application.

Do you provide loans for self-employed, unemployed, Centrelink and people with bad credit?

We assess every loan on its individual merits. We know that your circumstances can often change. If you need a loan for self-employed, loan for unemployed, loan for Centrelink or a quick loan with bad credit history, why not apply? There is no obligation to find out if you qualify! Even if we can't help you with a loan directly, we'll try to find another small amount lender who is willing to take a further look into your loan application.

When we can't assist with a loan.

In the event that we are unable to assist you with a loan, we will usually try to find you to another small amount lender. If we are successful in doing so, that lender may contact you directly to discuss your needs.

How does Swift Loans contact its customers?

When you apply for a loan we use our sister company Oz Cash Loans to collect and process the loan application. Please check your email inbox (and spam and junk folders) and phone message system for updates and repayment information. Please also make sure that you also check your VIP Member area on www.ozcashloans.com.au here as updates and additional information will be regularly posted there. Also, we may contact you on your mobile if there is something we need to discuss. Our customer care phone number is 0422 339 238 and this is the line we will use to call you. Should any of your contact details change, please notify us immediately. 

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS pretending to be from Swift Loans Australia Pty Ltd asking you to transfer money to them, prior to you receiving any money from them.

We are Swift Loans Australia Pty Ltd.

We will NEVER ask you to give us any money prior to you receiving a loan with us.

If you have been asked to do this it is a scam.

We DO NOT ever randomly call people

We only accept loan applications by you completing our secure online loan application form here. We always verify your mobile number by asking you to input a unique code sent to your phone so that we know that it is you applying. In every case, in order for you to proceed, you will be required to upload your last 90 days of bank statements and submit 3 forms of ID via our website portal. Only after these steps will we contact you to discuss your loan application. We never randomly call people and we never take loan applications over the phone. We also never accept ID or bank statements via email or fax. 

Can I repay my loan early?

Yes you can. You can pay as much extra as you like, and as often as you like, without any penalties. We don't charge any additional fees for the early payout of the loan. Please contact us via the Contact Us page here for our banking details.

What should I do if I think I won't be able to make a repayment?

If you think that the direct debit from your bank account won’t be processed on the date of your repayment, then you must let us know as soon as possible. Contact us by email at customer-care@ozcashloans.com.au or call us on 0422 339 238

How do I make a complaint?

At Swift Loans Australia Pty Ltd we want your experience to be so great that you tell all of your friends about us. That’s why if you have a complaint we will always take it very seriously and try to work it out with you.

From time to time we all make mistakes. So to help us when that happens we have put in place a transparent process to sort things out on our “Feedback and Complaints” page.

What should I do if I am experiencing Financial Hardship?

If you’re experiencing financial hardship we’ll want to work with you proactively to help you through it. You will find that we are very understanding and will work with you to agree a mutually beneficial arrangement.

We understand that times like this can be challenging but the sooner you contact us the sooner we can get on with helping you!
